10 things to do in Carthagena – Colombia
La ville de Carthagene est la ville à ne pas rater après avoir fait un tour à Medellin et Bogota. Cette ancien port majeur en Amérique du sud conquis par les espagnols vaut le coup d’oeil!
Voici 10 choses à faire à Carthagene:
1./ Se balader le soir.
La ville est joyeuse, colorée, on s’amuse à passer de bar en bar ou la salsa résonne partout.

The atmosphere is joyful, colorful, people have fun going from bar to bar and enjoying salsa music is literally invading the city.
2./ Manger une glace
Il y en a à chaque coin de rue ! Ma préférée menthe éclat de chocolat…
2/. Eat an ice cream.
There are some at every street corner! My favorite one is the mint chocolate chip flavor….
3./ Faire le marché artisanal
Situé sous des arcades c’est le bon moyen pour ramener quelques souvenirs.

Located under arcades, it is the perfect place to buy some souvenirs.
4./ Manger dans la rue
On peut tester plein de chose : sorte de pate au fromage frit dans l’huile, limonade archi sucrée…Bon ce n’est pas de la haute gastronomie mais cela fait partie du folklore en Colombie.

Il fait souvent très chaud à Carthagène, rester dans un hostel avec piscine n’est pas négligeable (mais il y a de la musique toute la journée dans celui-ci en revanche…).

On admire la mer et on prend de la hauteur en marchant sur les remparts qui entourent le centre historique de l’ancienne colonie espagnole qui fut jadis un port très important.
